Founded in 2004, Otte (Outstanding Tools and Technologies for Engineers) supports built-environment professionals and organisations across Singapore and Malaysia through advanced engineering technology, technical expertise and professional development.

For more than two decades, we have worked closely with engineers, providing solutions for structural, civil and geotechnical analysis and design, together with technical support, advanced modelling expertise and hands-on professional training.

Our role goes beyond supplying engineering software. We help engineers understand the principles behind the analysis, apply technology appropriately, and develop the practical competencies needed to solve increasingly complex engineering challenges.

Engineering Technology & Solutions

Otte represents leading international engineering technology developers, including Computers and Structures, Inc. (CSI), IDEA StatiCa, Seequent (GEO-SLOPE) and Geocentrix, providing specialised solutions for structural, civil and geotechnical engineering.

Since inception, we have built long-standing relationships with both technology developers and the engineering community. Otte is the sole distributor of CSI and Geocentrix in Singapore and Malaysia, as well as IDEA StatiCa in Malaysia.

Our technical team supports customers throughout the engineering technology journey — from identifying and implementing appropriate solutions to technical support, advanced modelling and professional training.
